IHP (Indirect High Pressure)

IHP system, uses the detection tube as a fire detection & system activation device not as a discharge tube. Once the tube senses the fire it then ruptures resulting in dropping of pressure causing the Indirect Valve to activate, this diverts flow from the detection tube to the larger outlet port. CO2 agent is then discharged from the cylinder through the diffuser nozzles, flooding the area and effectively suppressing the fire quickly and thoroughly.
